Com Net - Manager, Customer Care and Records Operations/Communications/Human Resource/Facilities
Ms. Diane Kahn, who has been with Com Net for over 13 years, serves as the Operations Manager for CNIís Customer Care and Records group. This position manages the resources necessary to provide Call Center Services, Billing Services, and Transport Services for Voice, Data, and Video. As the Human Resource Manager, Diane ascertains that each department has the people resources necessary to provide service, ensures that each employee adheres to company policy, and continually evaluates the companyís compensation package to remain competitive in the marketplace. In her Facilities Manager capacity, Diane directs the team that is responsible for the maintenance of the Com Net property.
Prior to joining Com Net, Diane was Vice President for Allen Broadcasting Corporation, where she was employed for nearly 19 years. While at Allen Broadcasting Diane was responsible for overseeing the everyday accounting functions, preparing financial statements, managing all aspects of Human Resource and Personnel, preparing FCC license renewals and EEOC reports, and coordinating all radio station promotions.
