Job Description
• Assist Technicians and Clients with higher level issues
• Stay on top of current technical issues and new technology
• Take "hand-up" calls
• Monitor open tickets and e-mail requests
• Implementation and design of network layers two and three
• Update department documentation as needed
• Network Monitoring, Notification and Troubleshooting
• Assist in LAN Operation

Job Requirements
• Must have Linux/Unix experience
• Must have CCNA certification or be willing to obtain it
• Must have experience with managed routers and switches
• Must have ability to think logically
• Must have ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable in a team environment
• Must be reliable
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be willing to be on-call after-hours

Position Specifics
• Monday through Friday
• Base hours 8am to 5 pm
• Salary commensurate to experience
